Why is there no PRO number on my BOL?
ANSWER
ShipHawk does not generate PRO (progressive) numbers for any carriers; instead, ShipHawk retrieves PRO numbers from the carrier upon booking or dispatch of a shipment. Whether a PRO number will appear on the bill of lading (BOL) depends on the carrier booked for the shipment.
ShipHawk retrieves PRO numbers from most LTL carriers. Contact ShipHawk (support@shiphawk.com) for more details.
