How are warehouses assigned to orders?

ANSWER

There are currently two ways to assign a warehouse to any order in ShipHawk:

  1. Orders are assigned to a specified warehouse on the order request from Netsuite. 

  2. If no warehouse is specified in the order request, ShipHawk will automatically assign an existing warehouse based on destination proximity to warehouses. This requires the Warehouse carrier zone setting to be enabled in the account.
