Here’s how to remove a duplicate printer on Windows.

To remove duplicate printer on Windows

1. Click on the following link: http://app.printnode.com/ . The login window for your PrintNode account appears.

2. Log into your account using the credentials provided for you by ShipHawk. If you do not remember this login information, following the instructions below:

   1. From your ShipHawk dashboard, click Settings icon > Settings > Printing. The Printer Settings screen appears.

   2. Scroll down the gray box under the Label Printer Settings section. Your email and password are provided here.
      
      

3. From your PrintNode account screen, click on the Devices menu link on the left. The Computers, Printers and Scales screen appears.
   
   

4. Locate the duplicate printer and click on the Delete button under the name of the duplicate printer. This removes the printer.
