Why is ShipHawk shipping my NetSuite orders partially?
ANSWER
Item Fulfillment (IF) records from NetSuite create proposed shipments in ShipHawk that specify which items are shipped in an order. It is possible that some items were not selected in the Item Fulfillment record. Otherwise, partial shipments are likely a shipper error.
