Why is Smart Packing™ not producing any packing suggestions?

ANSWER

There are a few key reasons why Smart Packing™ would not be able to produce a packing suggestion. Below are the most common reasons:

• The SKU does not have complete item-level data (weight/dimensions).

• There are not any packing materials to fit the SKU’s dimensions/weight. 

Or it may be an account-specific setting. If adjusting the SKU details and/or packing materials does not work, please contact ShipHawk for assistance.
