Adding XPO Logistics

This document outlines the steps for adding XPO Logistics as a carrier to your ShipHawk account. This process occurs in two parts. First, you must obtain the Bill-To account number from your XPO Logistics account. Once you have this account number, this document shows you how to connect your XPO Logistics account to ShipHawk.

Bill-To Account Number for XPO Logistics

This section explains how to find the Bill-To account number from the XPO Logistics website.  ShipHawk’s integration with XPO Logistics uses the Bill-To account instead of the Pickup/Delivery account.

To locate your Bill-To account number

1. Navigate to the XPO Logistics home page. The XPO Logistics home page appears.

2. Click on the Log In link from the top right corner of the screen. The Login screen appears.

3. Enter your username, password and click the Sign Into LTL.xpo.com button. Your XPO Logistics dashboard appears.

4. From the top navigation bar, select the dropdown menu next to your username and click on the  Accounts option. A list of accounts appears.

5. Choose the Bill-To account from the list.

6. Locate the Account Number and keep it in a safe and accessible place. You will enter this account number when adding XPO Logistics to ShipHawk.

Adding XPO Logistics to ShipHawk

The following section provides detailed instructions for adding XPO Logistics in ShipHawk. You will need the Bill-To account number from the preceding section.

1. Log into ShipHawk. The ShipHawk dashboard appears.

2. Click on the Settings icon > Carriers.

3. Locate the XPO Logistics tile and click on it. If you cannot find it, search for XPO Logistics in the search bar and use the filters on the right side of the screen.

4. Complete the screen.

   1. Enter the XPO Logistics access token in the access_token field.  To obtain this, reach out to your XPO account representative and request the access token for their API.

   2. Enter your XPO Logistics username in the username field. This is the same username you use to log into the XPO Logistics website.

   3. Enter your XPO Logistics password into the password field. This is the same password you use to log into the XPO Logistics website.

   4. Enter the Bill-To account number into the account field.: This is the Bill-To account number that was obtained in the previous section.

5. If you are adding a test account, check the box for This is a test account.

6. Click on the Validate button to finish.
