Can I customize my bill of lading in ShipHawk?

ANSWER

Customers can pick and choose which reference numbers to map onto the bill of lading using Shipment Reference Mappings (access by going to Settings > Presets > Shipments). Beyond reference mapping, it is not possible to customize the Bill of Lading within the ShipHawk admin interface; however, it is possible to work with our professional services team to create a custom Bill of Lading for your account.
