How are Amazon orders synced to ShipHawk?

ANSWER

ShipHawk retrieves the orders from Amazon every 15-minutes. Amazon does not do anything on their end to push orders into ShipHawk.

If Amazon orders are missing in your account, contact ShipHawk to resolve the issue.
