How do I create an order report?
ANSWER
ShipHawk order reports give you a condensed summary of your orders. The information available in these reports can be customized to display relevant data only and can also be changed to only include orders created in specific date ranges. The data format for these reports is .CSV file format. The following section provides detailed procedures for how to generate an order report.
To create an order report
Login to Shiphawk. The ShipHawk dashboard appears.
Click on the dropdown icon next to the Reports menu. New menu items appear.
Click on the Order reports option. The Orders Reports screen appears.
The Orders Reports screen shows all previously generated reports, which can be viewed, deleted, or filtered through.Click on the Actions dropdown button at the top of the screen. New menu items appear.
Click the Create New Report option. The Create New Report screen appears.
Complete the screen.
Enter a date range or the date that you want the report to cover.
Select the fields that you want to include in the report.
Click the Create button to finish.
After waiting a few seconds, refresh the page. You should see the new report generated in the Orders Reports screen.
To download a report, click on the blue report link. The Report Details panel appears on the right side of the screen.
Click the green Download File link to download the report as a .CSV file to your computer.
