How to setup your branded tracking page
ANSWER
ShipHawk provides the ability for customers to customize their own Branded Tracking Page to fit their unique branding and needs. To successfully customize the Branded Tracking Page, you must complete the setup tasks in the following order:
Log in to GuideCX.
Locate the Branded Tracking Page Questionnaire.
Complete the Questionnaire for all Desired Customizations.
The following steps describe a broad overview of the Branded Tracking Page customization process.
Branded Tracking Page. The Branded Tracking Page is a customizable web page that contains tracking information specific to a shipment fulfilled in ShipHawk.
GuideCX. GuideCX is a project management tool that ShipHawk uses for implementations. It is used by both the Implementation Engineer and Customer team to collaborate on all project items.
Completing the questionnaire
This section provides detailed instructions for locating and filling out the Branded Tracking Page questionnaire.
To locate the Branded Tracking Page Questionnaire
Log into your GuideCX account.
From the menu bar, click on the Plan tab. You will be redirected to your Plan screen.
In the Plan screen, find the Stage 2: Custom Shiphawk Features/Modules section.
Click the Branded Tracking Page Task [Customer] link. You will be redirected to the Branded Tracking Page Questionnaire [Customer] screen.
Click on the link for "this form” in the Notes field.
The questionnaire opens in a new window.Complete the form. Below is a sample Branded Tracking Page.
CUSTOMIZABLE FIELDS
The following section provides a table of customizable fields on the Branded Tracking Page.
Customizable Fields - Defined
The following table defines the available fields on the Branded Tracking Page that can be customized. (Leave fields you do not wish to appear blank.)

Primary Image - URL | The Primary Image is often the company’s logo and displays prominently in the upper left of the page. The image itself must not exceed 910 x 753 pixels. | |
Primary Page Color | Specify the color desired in HTML/HEX code. | |
Favicon URL | The location where the favicon image is hosted. | |
Advertisement Image URL | The location where the Advertisement Image is hosted. The image must not exceed 910 x 753 pixels | |
Advertisement URL | The URL that a user will be redirected to when clicking on the Advertisement Image. | |
Facebook URL | The link to the company’s Facebook page. | |
Twitter URL | The link to the company’s Twitter page. | |
Instagram URL | The link to the company’s Instagram page. | |
Pinterest URL | The link to the company’s Pinterest page. | |
Support Phone Number | The phone number that displays under the Have Questions header. | |
Support Email Address | The email that should be used when generating a mailto: link. | |
Return Policy URL | The URL that a user will be directed to for the company’s return policy | |
Continue Shopping URL | The URL that a user will be directed to when clicking the Continue Shopping link |

Branded Tracking Page Next Steps
Once you have completed the Branded Tracking Page Questionnaire, complete the task in Basecamp so your Implementation Engineer will be prompted to fill out the customization information in ShipHawk’s backend.
Once completed, you will be given instructions on how to distribute the branded tracking page. You can send the branded tracking page via an automated email from ShipHawk, via an email on the order, or via a custom solution that uses ShipHawk’s smart link shipment link construction.
