Can I Bulk Update Orders in ShipHawk?

ANSWER

Yes. Users can update orders by multi-selecting the desired orders and then clicking on the Actions dropdown menu. Select the Bulk Update option. 

Currently, a user may only bulk update the following information:

  • origin,

  • destination,

  • carrier/service selection,

  • packages dimensions/weight,

  • international customs data, and

  • tags.
