How do I create a shipment report?

This page provides detailed instructions on how to create a shipment report and customize it to show what you require.

What is a shipment report?

ShipHawk reports are designed to provide a condensed summary of your shipments. The information available in these reports can be customized to display relevant data only. You can decide which orders to include in the report by specifying the date ranges over which orders were created. The data format of the shipment report is in a CSV file. 

The following section describes the steps for generating your shipment report through ShipHawk.

To create a shipment report

  1. Login to ShipHawk. The ShipHawk dashboard appears.

  2. From the top menu, click on the Reports drop-down menu. New menu options appear.

  3. Click the Shipment reports menu option. The Shipment reports screen appears.


    The Shipment Reports screen shows all previously generated reports, which can be viewed, deleted, or searched and filtered.

  4. Click on the Actions button. New menu items appear.

  5. Click the Create New Report option. The Create New Report screen appears. 

  6. Enter the date range that you want the report to cover and select the fields that you want to include. 

  7. Click the Create button to generate your shipment report.

  8. The Shipment Reports screen reappears. You should see your new report at the top of the report grid. 



  9. To download your new report, click on your report link, which is blue. The Report Details panel appears on the right side of the screen.



  10. Click the Download File link to download the report.
