Printing (Settings Screen)
Printer Settings
On this screen, you can enable a label printing service, such as PrintNode.

Label Printer Settings
Print labels upside down – Select to print the labels upside down.
Print with – Choose the following from the drop-down:
PrintNode
QZ Tray
For PrintNode, you download PrintNode application, and use credential described here: https://shiphawk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HELP/pages/271253505 (Internal Only – Contact ShipHawk Support for more information.)
Laser Printer – Enter name of printer. Click Test Laser Printer to test printing.
Thermal Printer – Enter name of printer. Click Test Thermal Printer to test printing.
Hazmat Printer – Enter name of printer. Click Test Hazmat Printer to test printing.
Print Labels in Order
Drag and drop the Return Label, Carton Label, and Parcel Label panels to specify the order in which they are printed.
Dimensioner Settings
A dimensioner is a system of cameras and software on a digital scale that scans and measures freight.
You can connect the label printing system with the dimensioner by setting the following:
Read dimensions with – Specify the system you will use to get dimensions (for example, PrintNode).
Computer – From the drop-down, select the name of the computer system (for example, DESKTOP-123).
Scales – From the drop-down, select the scales.

Auto Print
Auto Print is a feature that allows you to print documentation automatically upon booking a shipment. When enabled, Auto Print can be configured by each user from this screen. With Auto Print settings, you can indicate which shipping documents, as well as the number of copies of those documents, are printed by default.
When you enable Auto Print for your account, you can significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to print all necessary documents associated with your shipments, resulting in faster order processing
These settings control which documents will be automatically printed when you book a shipment.

All Parcel Shipments
Shipping Label – Specify number of copies per package on Thermal printer, and click Reference Mapping → .
Carton Label – Specify number of copies per cartoon on Thermal printer, and click Manage Carton Labels → .
Packing Slip – Specify number of copies per shipment on Thermal printer, and click Manage Packing Slips → .
Only for International Parcel Shipments
Commercial Invoice – Specify number of copies per shipment on Laser printer, and click Manage Commercial Invoice → .
USCMA Certificate of Origin – Specify number of copies per shipment on Laser printer.
Shipper’s Letter of Instructions – Specify number of copies per shipment on Laser printer, and click Manage SLI →.
Certificate of Origin – Specify number of copies per shipment on Laser printer.
Only for Parcel Shipments that Contain Hazmat Goods
OP950A – Select for use of Op 950a form for shipping dangerous goods.
All LTL Shipments
Bill of Lading – Specify number of copies per shipment on Laser printer.
Shipping Label (if Available) – Some carriers, such as FedEx Freight, generate a 4x6 shipping label , Specify
Pallet Label – Specify number per pallet and click Manage Pallet Labels → .
Carton Label – Specify number per cartoon and click Manage Carton Labels → .
Packing Slip – Specify number per shipment on Laser printer, and click Manage Packing Slips → .
Only for International LTL Shipments

USCMA Certificate of Origin
