Products

Introduction

This chapter outlines the screens available from the Products tab. Products refer to a combination of product data and product shipping data that is synced from a source system to ShipHawk TMS. Product data refers to basic information that describes the item, such as a product SKU code, a description or an image of the item. Product shipping data refers to aspects of the item that will impact how it is shipped. Products in ShipHawk TMS are stored in the Product Catalog. 

The Products menu can be accessed by clicking the arrow located to the right of ‘Products’ in the menu bar. This menu contains all available screens you can navigate to that relate to Products, including the Product Catalog, Create a New Product action, and Product Import/Exports screen. This chapter will detail fields in each of the available screens from the Products menu.
