Shipments Overview

Introduction

This chapter outlines the screens available from the Shipments tab. ‘Shipments’ refers to an object used in ShipHawk TMS to reference the transportation of goods. Shipments tell us what is being transported, where it is being transported from and to. A Shipment may be related to an Order, which is indicated by a ‘SH’ next to an order number.  Shipments contain one or more Packages.  The Shipments tab is where users can manage all shipments being processed using ShipHawk TMS. You can also use the Shipments tab to access 'End-of-Day Manifests', and the Shipment History View.

All options available from the Shipments tab are visible when you click the arrow located to the right of Shipments. This will open the Shipments menu, which shows a drop-down list of all available pages that are related to Shipments. This chapter is organized into sections that detail each of the available screens from the Shipments menu.
