Reports

Introduction

This chapter provides an overview of all the reports available from the Reports tab in ShipHawk TMS. 

The Reports tab contains a list of current order and shipment reports, as well as your organization’s Weekly Shipping Performance Report. Order and shipment reports can be customized to display relevant data only. Instructions for configuring reports are also detailed in this chapter.   

Reports are intended for a user with administrator or manager-level permissions to configure and download. ShipHawk TMS reports give administrators data on how their fulfillment operation is performing. Reports are a powerful tool that equip your organization with the ability to make informed decisions, and compare past and present performance.
