NetSuite Manage Your Accounts Screen

The NetSuite Manage Your Accounts screen contains additional integration, product mapping, and shipment mapping settings you can configure. This page will go over the NetSuite settings you can configure from the NetSuite Manage Your Accounts Screen.

Credentials

Input your NetSuite credentials in this tab to connect your NetSuite SuiteApp and your ShipHawk account. This tab also contains Integration Settings that control how NetSuite products interact with your Product Catalog in ShipHawk:

Automatic Product Import Enabled: When enabled, an updated item in Netsuite will automatically update in ShipHawk’s Product Catalog on the evening of the same day.

Ignore serial/lot numbers for items: Select this setting to disable serial/lot # tracking in ShipHawk. This setting is for customers that manage serial/lot #s using other NetSuite integrations.

Product Mappings

The Product Mappings tab is where you can change the default field mapping from Netsuite to ShipHawk. After a category is selected, an expanded view of the field mappings you can set is displayed. The grey text on top of a field drop-down represents the ShipHawk target field. The black text in the drop-down represents the source field in NetSuite. To change the default mapping, click on the dropdown that contains the NetSuite source field and select the new source field.

In this example, Name is the target ShipHawk field and this field is populated by the Display Name/Code field in Netsuite:

Product Info	Change the default field mappings related to basic product information under this section. For instance you can change the default Description field that is mapped back to ShipHawk from Sales Description to Detailed Description.
Item Info	Change the default field mappings related to SKU information under this section. To populate SKU Item fields in this section, you may have to create new SKU items in NetSuite.
Item measurements	Change the default field mappings related to item dimensions under this section. You may also set a Default Value for measurements in this field. This may be necessary if dimensions do not exist for an item.
Item dangerous good related fields	Change the default field mappings related to items that classify as dangerous goods under this section. To populate SKU Item fields in this section, you may have to create new SKU items in NetSuite that relate to dangerous goods.
Other Item Fields	Change default fields mappings related to fields such as Harmonized Codes (HS Code), NMFC, Country of Origin.

Click Update to save any changes and update the product field mappings.

Shipment Mappings

The Shipment Mappings tab is where you can map shipment data from ShipHawk to NetSuite IF records. Under each title is the navigation path to take in NetSuite to view the fields being mapped back to.

Fulfillment	Specify whether to map the shipping method or not. To confirm mapping of shipment details to NetSuite, click Add Fulfillment Mapping and select ShipHawk Shipping Method under the ShipHawk field.
Mappings for transaction body Fields	Specify custom shipment fields in this section. This section also contains an existing list of default mappings that ShipHawk already synchronizes with NetSuite.
Mappings for transaction line fields	Specify shipment fields at the line-item level in this section.
Mappings for transaction line fields (Reference)	Specify line item references to map to a corresponding line item on the item fulfillment record.

Click Update to save any changes and update the shipment mappings.

Advanced

Use the Advanced tab to configure item fulfillment settings.

Item Fulfillment Package Content Description for Kitted Items

Specify whether the content description for an item fulfillment package will contain SKU Components only, the Parent SKU only, or both the Parent SKU and Components for kitted items.

Replace Item Fulfillment Transaction Date

Choose whether you want to replace the transaction date for item fulfillments in NetSuite with the shipment ship date or shipment created at date

Create/Update Item Fulfillments in NetSuite in

Item fulfillments in NetSuite are updated in the Shipped status by default. Choose whether you want to update item fulfillments in NetSuite in the Packed status instead.

If you opt to update your item fulfillments in the Packed status, you will have the option to set the item fulfillment status to Shipped after a specified period of days.

Click Update to save any changes and update your item fulfillment settings.
