Create a New Order

In some cases, you may want to create an order manually through ShipHawk TMS. This can be done through the Create a New Order action under the Orders menu. This action can also be accessed through the Actions drop-down in the Order Summary page.

To manually create a new order:

  1. From the menu bar, click the arrow to the right of the ‘Orders’ tab. Then from the Orders drop-down menu  select Create a New Order. 

  1. The Create Manual Order screen will populate, with a default Origin and Destination address for your new manual order.

  1. The only required information needed to create an order is your order number. Enter an order number in the Order # field. 
    The other fields, zip codes, line items, prices, etc. can be added later.
    The Origin and Destination addresses can also be modified later.

  2. Click Save Order. If your order was successfully created, a confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen.

3. After the initial save, you will be redirected to the expanded Order Details page. You can configure additional order settings from this page, and manually ship the order if required.

All fields in the Order Details page will be defined in the following section, as this screen can be accessed anytime a user needs to modify an existing order.

You have manually created a new order using the ShipHawk TMS platform.
