Signing in to ShipHawk Audit

Browsers

ShipHawk Audit is compatible with the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Safari

Though you may use any of the browsers listed above, ShipHawk Audit operates best on Google Chrome.

To Sign In to ShipHawk Audit

To access ShipHawk Audit from your browser, go to https://audit.shiphawk.com/.

This will take you to the sign-in screen. From here, use your email address and password to sign in.

When you first sign in, you can select your default landing page:

A typical choice would be Parcel Dashboards:

Once you’ve signed in, you will see the default landing page (or whatever landing page you’ve specified):

You can change the default landing page to any other page of interest. See Setting Default Landing Page in ShipHawk Audit .

Your email address and password are created by your administrator. 

If you are an administrator, contact your ShipHawk Implementation Representative for your authentication information.

Changing Your Password

Once you’ve signed in, you can change your password on the Profile screen.

In the left navigation panel, click on your name:

On the Profile screen, select Change Password:

Password Requirements

The password must include 8 or more characters, and must include a number and an uppercase letter.
