This page provides Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. To access this page, you will need admin-level access.

New ROI Analysis

Click New Roi Analysis, and complete the following:

  1. In Account, select the customer account from the Select customer account drop-down.

  2. Enter the Name you’d like to give this analysis.

  3. Select File format as standard_roi, ups_billing, or fedex_billing.

  4. In Customer data, upload a .csv data file. (See the example files in Example populated files.)

  5. Select Apply service days filter to have the system use services that are not longer than original shipment (for UPS it would also need to collect actual service days so would slow down the process).

  6. Click Create Roi project.
