The Weekly Shipping Performance Report provides administrators with data on how their shipping operation, and ShipHawk are performing.
The Weekly Shipping Performance Report screen displays metrics in charts and other cards for users to visualize how their organization is performing. The following section will explain what each of the visual metrics mean.
Weekly Shipping Performance Screen
The current week is displayed by default on this page. You can select a different week to display by clicking on the drop-down field to the right of the Shipping Performance title.
The Weekly Shipping Performance screen displays each metric in a separate card. Here is what each metric means:
Orders: The total number of orders created per day for the selected week, displayed as a distribution bar chart. The orders card also displays the total orders for the entire week. ShipHawk takes the total order count for the week displayed and compares it to the previous week to generate a percentage increase or decrease in orders.
Shipments: The total number of shipments created per day for the selected week, displayed as a distribution bar chart. The Shipments card also displays the total shipments for the entire week. This total includes all shipments being fulfilled with ShipHawk, not only the shipments that were created from orders. ShipHawk takes the total number of shipments for the week and compares it to the previous week to generate a percentage increase or decrease in shipments.
Rate Optimization: The amount of money your organization saved over the entire week by using rate optimization.
Top shippers last week: The top 3 users that created shipments themselves for the week being displayed. This card displays the name of the user, and the total number of shipments they created.
On time deliveries: The number of shipments that were delivered on or before the delivery date the service proposes, as compared to the number of shipments that were delivered with a delay. For example, UPS 3 Day Select is a 3 day service. If the shipment is delivered in 3 days or less, it is considered on time. If the shipment takes more than 3 days it is considered delayed.
On average last week: This card displays shipment processing metrics for the week.
Orders shipped per hour shows how many orders were shipped per hour, assuming a 40 hour work week.
From order sync to label printed means the average time it took from order creation to the time a shipment is created.
From label print to delivery is the average number of days from shipment creation to delivery for all shipments that were delivered in the week.
Most utilized service/carrier last week: Displays the most used Carrier Service by shipment volume for the week displayed.
Smart Packing made decisions on: The number of shipments were Smart Packing results were used for the Shipment package.
