Shiphawk allows users to close shipments and generate an End-of-Day manifest (EOD manifest) as needed based on date, warehouse, carrier, carrier accounts or even individual shipments. You can generate this document using the End-of-Day Manifests screen under the Shipments tab.

This section will describe all fields related to the End-of-Day Manifests screen

End-of-Day Manifests

An End-of-Day manifest is a document that provides a list of shipments, allowing for carriers to pick up packages without having to scan each package individually. It contains an overview of the shipments that the merchant intends for the carrier to pick up on a given day or pickup event.

Carriers have different requirements for End-of-Day manifests. Some carriers may require a printed form in addition to an electronic submission, contact your carrier directly if you are unsure of their requirements.

The Sidebar from the EOD Manifests screen contains options to filter your table view by date or carrier.

Close Date: Use this field to search by the date you closed your EOD manifest.

Carriers: Filter your list of EOD manifests by carrier. Each carrier has different requirements for generating and sending EOD manifests.
