This document describes the ShipHawk 2025.2.x releases, starting with the major release (2025.2.0) and then subsequent minor releases.

2025.2.0

This section provides an overview of the new features and fixes in the ShipHawk TMS 2025.2.0 release.

Advanced Analytics BETA

Advanced Analytics offers insights into your carrier and shipment trends and performance. While standard reports and KPIs in ShipHawk WMS and TMS cover overall shipping, order, and overall warehouse performance, this analytics feature dives deeper into the data by enabling you to filter by warehouse, carrier, time period, user, and shipping mode. You can also export the analytics data with ease. Dedicated dashboards let you drill into carrier-specific metrics, high-level shipment operations, as well as snapshot glances so you can make data-driven decisions for your fulfillment operations. Documentation is available here. Here’s an example of one of the dashboards:

Advanced Analytics (BETA Release) is available at no cost for a limited time for early adopters. Contact your ShipHawk account manager to learn more.

Multiple Currencies (Initial Release)

ShipHawk TMS has now added support for multiple currencies in rating, documentation generation, the user interface, and ERP integrations. ShipHawk can receive data in different currencies such as Mexican pesos (MXN) and Canadian dollars (CDN), support currency conversion, and send converted values to the carrier.  As warehouses and distribution centeMultirs can be located in different countries, you can set a particular currency to be associated with each specific warehouse or distribution center. This release is the initial release of support for multiple currencies, and this capability will be expanded in future releases. In this release, the following is supported:

  • Rates: when rating from a warehouse with designated currency, the currency will be used for rating; additionally, users can pass the designated currency in the rating parameters when passing an item’s value. Currency can be also specified so that everything will be converted to the rating currency; the rates are returned in the designated currency / warehouse currency Note that when carriers return rates in USD, ShipHawk converts them to the designated currency.

  • Orders: when creating orders, the designated currency can be passed as a parameter (or can be taken from the warehouse). You can also specify the order line item currency: when a proposed shipment is generated, it will take the currency from the order, convert everything to this currency, and then the rating will be done in this currency. When shipment is booked, it will have the currency specified in the order.

  • Shipments: for shipments created from the API, users can pass the currency, and the shipment will then be created in that currency. You can also have a currency set for the shipment line items and the package value. (ShipHawk recommends setting the currency at that level even if it's the same as shipment currency, because default is USD.)

FTL Improvements

Starting with the ShipHawk TMS 2025.1.0 release, shippers can use ShipHawk to email full truckload (FTL) carriers directly from the ShipHawk UI, request and compare quotes (FTL and also LTL), and communicate about shipment details with the carrier. ShipHawk writes back all required shipment details to your ERP and automatically generates documentation for shipments, bringing the entire FTL process into the ShipHawk application. With this capability, you no longer have to juggle between multiple emails and systems for Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipping; you can complete the entire FTL process easily from within ShipHawk TMS, increasing efficiency and reducing order processing times.

This release introduces the following further improvements:

  • Shippers can now filter orders based on the quote status

  • When a message is received, the Carrier Messaging Inbox window updates automatically

If you would like to learn more about FTL shipping with ShipHawk, please contact your ShipHawk account manager.

  • TST-CF Express

  • RXO

P2P Global Integration

Improved Rate Response Error Messages

Based on customer feedback, ShipHawk is working to improve the rate response error messages. In this release, ShipHawk is improving rate response messages to show in clearer detail why rates were not returned. NOTE: In this release, the improvements only apply to NetSuite Integration and API responses.
