ShipHawk is an advanced fulfillment software that integrates with your organization's ERP, eCommerce, and  warehouse management solutions. Though much of ShipHawk’s decisions are determined during initial integration with your ERP system,  your organization’s administrator will still rely on the ShipHawk platform to:

  • Configure additional settings not related to setup.

  • Evaluate all Orders and Shipments that are being processed by ShipHawk.

  • Batch process Orders and Shipments.

  • Set up and print related shipping documentation.

  • Manage data previously imported during implementation such as the information stored in the  Product Catalog, Warehouses, and Carrier pages.

  • Access reports that provide a comprehensive view of your organization’s shipping performance.

ShipHawk’s capabilities are dependent on the permission level a user is assigned to. At the most basic level, warehouse associates must still be familiar with the ShipHawk platform to successfully input and fulfill orders from their workstations.
