This article outlines key features supported in ShipHawk’s NetSuite, Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and Acumatica integrations.

✸  These features are not supported natively in ShipHawk, but can be customized to operate seamlessly with our system. Customers are responsible for this configuration. 

✩  This function is supported via webhook.

❖  Order combining is supported in ShipHawk, but combined orders are not written back to the source system.

Known Limitations

The following section provides details on the known limitations of each ShipHawk integration.

NetSuite

  • Syncs Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders and Item Fulfillments.

  • Can sync Items data nightly or manual trigger.

  • The Get ShipHawk Rates button inside NetSuite is available on Sales Orders and Quotes/Estimates.

  • Either a WMS or a user in ShipHawk using Pack Verification is responsible for backorder management.

  • Native web services call to add or update item fulfillments.

  • Sales order (header and line level) and item fulfillment references are supported.

  • Deployed via a non-managed SuiteApp.

Shopify

  • Shopify has a native 10-second rating timeout.

  • Orders synced to ShipHawk are not updated by any changes in Shopify after syncing.

  • Full quantity of the order is synced to ShipHawk.  Pack Verification must be used to manage backordered items.

  • ShipHawk Integration does not support Kits.

  • Line Item discounts are not supported.

  • Updates to Shopify will fail if users combine orders.

  • References/tags are not supported.

  • Deployed via a Shopify App.

Magento

  • Customers are responsible for any required customizations related to the following features:

    • Order updates from the source system

    • Backordered item support

    • Reference values

    • Multi-origin rating

    • Multi-destination orders

  • Source system updates from ShipHawk must be handled via webhook.

  • Writebacks to the source system for order combining are not supported.

  • Deployed via an open source plugin.  Only compatible  up to Magento 2.4.1.

Amazon Seller Central

  • Rates are not returned to Amazon, but Amazon Buy Shipping rates can be accessed in ShipHawk.

  • Full quantity of the order is synced to ShipHawk.  

  • Orders synced from Amazon Seller Central may include out of stock items.  ShipHawk does not manage inventory.

  • Deployed via ShipHawk UI.

Acumatica

  • Syncs Shipments as Orders in ShipHawk.

    • A WMS solution must be in place to successfully sync Shipments to ShipHawk.

  • Manual rating from a Sales Order record in Acumatica not supported.

  • Write backs to Acumatica after combining orders not supported. 

  • Either a WMS or a ShipHawk’s Pack Verification feature is responsible for backorder management.

  • An Order is generated in ShipHawk after a Shipment is created in Acumatica

    • Custom parameters can be set to define how often orders are synced to ShipHawk using the Automation Schedules screen in Acumatica

    • Recommended syncing interval is every 15 seconds

  • Deployed via the ShipHawk app for Acumatica.
