Email Carriers are carriers that you can communicate with directly from the ShipHawk TMS user interface to arrange shipments by messaging. The initial communication to the carrier is sent by email. Typically, the shipments are FTL shipments, but this feature can support communication about other kinds of shipments as well. These Email Carriers must be configured separately from the other types of carriers in the ShipHawk TMS settings, as follows:
