Batch Products Import is a way to input details for multiple products, which are then created in ShipHawk. This process is done by creating and uploading a CSV formatted file to the Product Import/Exports screen. If you choose to import existing products via CSV, the file must be properly formatted so that Shiphawk can correctly add to the Product Catalog.
