Schedule
You can schedule the shipping cutoff time and rating cutoff time for the carrier, in the Shipping Cutoff Time and Rating Cutoff Time fields. The Shipping Cutoff Time specifies the time after which the shipment will be booked on the following day. The Rating Cutoff Time specifies after how many seconds the system stops receiving rates from the carrier (that is, waiting for the response from the carrier).

ShipHawk TMS now enables you to set different rating and shipping cut-off times by carrier and warehouse location.
In this way, you can set the right expectations during checkout and manage pickup times based on the specific carrier and warehouse.
To schedule the rating and shipping cutoff times for a carrier:
Log in to the ShipHawk TMS.
Choose ⚙️ > Carriers.
On the Carriers screen, for a given carrier, in the Action column of the table, click Edit.
Optionally, from Assign to Warehouse, select a warehouse to assign the scheduling to that warehouse.
Now, under Schedule, you can select and specify the Rating Cutoff Time and Shipping Cutoff Time.

Scenarios for Rating Cutoff Time and Shipping Cutoff Time:
If the actual rating time is before the Rating Cutoff Time and before Shipping Cutoff Time, the shipment date is the today.
If the actual rating time is before the Rating Cutoff Time but after the Shipping Cutoff Time, the shipment date is the next day.
If the actual rating time is after the Rating Cutoff Time but before the Shipping Cutoff Time, the shipment date is the next day.
If the actual rating time is after the Rating Cutoff Time and after the Shipping Cutoff Time, the shipment date is the next day.
