The account details you must enter in ShipHawk for a carrier to be activated are different for each carrier. The information required for each carrier is specified in the Add your account pop-up screen that appears after you select a specific carrier to add. In some cases,  you may need to contact ShipHawk Support to integrate a less common carrier to your ShipHawk Account.  When an account has been successfully connected, the tile corresponding to the carrier on the Carriers page will display a green Active checkmark on the bottom left hand side of the card.

Carrier

Enter the Name, Carrier, and select from Assign to Warehouse if you would like to assign the carrier to a specific warehouse.

Credentials

If prompted, enter your account credentials. Depending on the carrier you select, you may also be prompted for additional information related to your carrier account.

This is a test account: If the ShipHawk account you are connecting this carrier to is a production account, leave this setting unchecked.

Schedule

As of 2024.7.0, you can specify schedule the shipping cutoff time and rating cutoff time for the carrier, in the Shipping Cutoff Time and Rating Cutoff Time fields. This is a test account: If the ShipHawk account you are connecting this carrier to is a production account, leave this setting unchecked.

Validate: Click this button when you are finished entering your carrier credentials in the Add your Account pop-up screen to activate your carrier account.
