You can add new carrier accounts to connect to your ShipHawk account through the Carriers page. ShipHawk lets you activate any carrier that is readily available through this page. Examples of carriers located on this page include parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and LTL carriers like YRC. screen. You must add your carrier credentials in ShipHawk for ShipHawk to produce carrier rates and proposed shipments.

Carriers List
The Carriers screen in ShipHawk displays a dashboard of supported carriers. Each carrier is listed in a card, with the logo of the carrier in the center. The status of a carrier is indicated by either an Active or Error icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the card. If a carrier has not been enabled in your instance of ShipHawk, there will not be an icon at the bottom of the card.

Filters
You can filter the default list of carriers that appear on the screen by selecting a filter from the sidebar:
Sort By
Popular: Sort your Carriers screen in order of most popular carriers used by ShipHawk accounts.
Recommended: Sort your Carriers screen in order of recommended carriers. ShipHawk will recommend carriers based the type of shipments your organization books.
Carrier Type: Group and sort your Carriers screen by type of carrier. The type of carrier displayed in a grey box on the left-hand side of the carrier card.
Alphabetical: Sort your Carriers screen in alphabetical order.

lists the carriers you’ve added. For each carrier, the list includes Carrier (logo and name), Credential Name, Carrier Type, Warehouse (if assigned), Status (active, inactive, error), Errors (if any), and Action (to edit the carrier’s settings).
You can Search carriers, apply Filters, or from Display Options, group them carrier, carrier type, or warehouse.
Carrier types include the following:
Parcel: Lists all available small parcel carrier accounts you can connect to your ShipHawk account. Small parcel carriers are generally used to ship individual packages weighing less than 70lbs. Examples of small parcel carriers include UPS and USPS.
LTL: Lists all available LTL (Less-than-truckload) carrier accounts you can connect to your ShipHawk account. LTL carriers are freight carriers that do not require a full truckload to ship. Examples of LTL carriers include FedEx Freight and TForce Freight.
Home Delivery: Lists all available home delivery carrier services that you can connect to your ShipHawk account. Home delivery is a type of delivery service where items are crated/palletized and delivered to a customer’s home. An example of a home delivery carrier is XPO Last Mile Services.
Blanket Wrap: Lists all available blanket wrap carrier accounts you can connect to your ShipHawk account. Blanket wrapping is a type of service where carriers wrap items in blankets for protection during transit, generally for larger unpacked items. An example of a blanket wrap carrier is Metropolitan.
Local Delivery: Lists all available local delivery carrier services that you can connect to your ShipHawk account. Local delivery is a type of delivery service where a carrier will handle delivery that is located near the origin location.
Carrier status include: Inactive, Active, or Error.
Adding a New Carrier
To add a new carrier account to your ShipHawk account, locate the card associated with the carrier you want to activate. After you have located the card your carrier belongs to, click on the carrier logo in the center of the card. You will be redirected to the Add your Account pop-up screen. choose Settings > Carriers and click + ADD CARRIER ACCOUNT.

The account details you must enter in ShipHawk for a carrier to be activated are different for each carrier. The information required for each carrier is specified in the Add your account pop-up screen that appears after you select a specific carrier to add. In some cases, you may need to contact ShipHawk Support to integrate a less common carrier to your ShipHawk Account. When an account has been successfully connected, the tile corresponding to the carrier on the Carriers page will display a green Active checkmark on the bottom left hand side of the card.
CARRIER Panel
Enter the Name, Carrier, and select from Assign to Warehouse if you would like to assign the carrier to a specific warehouse.
CREDENTIALS Panel
If prompted, enter your account credentials. Depending on the carrier you select, you may also be prompted for additional information related to your carrier account.

As of 2024.7.0, you can schedule the shipping cutoff time and rating cutoff time for the carrier, in the Shipping Cutoff Time and Rating Cutoff Time fields. Validate: Click this button when you are finished entering your carrier credentials in the Add your Account pop-up screen to activate your carrier account.
