All active BigCommerce locations must exist in Shiphawk as warehouses, where the ShipHawk warehouse code must be equal to the BigCommerce location code. |
In the Manage Your Account settings for BigCommerce (Settings > Integrations > BigCommerce), you have:
Enable Multi-Origin Rating? – When enabled, ShipHawk provide rates based on all the available locations of each order item.
Sync order with selected rate? – When enabled, ShipHawk generates a proposed shipment based on the rate selected in-cart, and it will ignore other proposed shipment generation shipping policies.
