Advanced Analytics offers insights into your carrier and shipment trends and performance. While standard reports and KPIs in ShipHawk WMS and TMS cover overall shipping, order, and overall warehouse performance, Advanced Analytics dives deeper into the data by enabling you to filter by warehouse, carrier, time period, user, and shipping mode. You can also export reports and raw data with ease. Dedicated dashboards let you drill into carrier-specific metrics, high-level shipment operations, as well as snapshot glances so you can make data-driven decisions for your fulfillment operations.

From the ShipHawk TMS top menu, click Advanced Analytics:

Using the Dashboards

Each dashboard includes filters at the top so you can view the data most relevant for a specific context and timeframe.

Filters

For example, the Carriers Dashboard includes filters for Carrier, Date, Warehouse, Shipment Type, Domestic or International, and User:

Depending on how you would like to show the dashboard, you can hide or show the filter options by clicking on the filter icon on the upper right:

Data Display Time and Reloading

It’s important to note when the data displayed by the dashboard has been provided by the system. In the upper right corner, you can see the most recent data refresh time, and you can have it reload if desired.

Dashboard Actions

From the “kebab” icon (vertical ellipsis) in the upper right, you can access the following actions:

Clear Cache and Refresh

Select Clear Cache and Refresh to fully clear the data cache and display the most recent data from your system.

Download

You can download the data as a PDF or CSV file. Select Download, complete the options, and click Download button. You can also open the data directly in your browser.

Reset Filters

When working with filters, you can easily return the filter options back to their default settings by selecting Reset Filters.

Tile Actions

Tiles typically offer hover over viewing so you can see the data for a particular area. Additionally, you can then drill down on a particular area, with the filters adjusting for the area of interest.

Similar to the overall dashboard, each tile offers a kebab icon in the upper right corner with options to Download data, View > Expanded, and Clear cache & refresh:
