2022.2.0 New Features
March 1, 2022
UPS Ready Certification
ShipHawk is now certified according to 2021 UPS Compliance standards. All implemented UPS functionality in the ShipHawk platform, including new features, are up to the latest UPS compliance standards.
Support for Syncing Non-Inventory Items from NetSuite to ShipHawk Products Catalog
Users can now sync non-inventory items in NetSuite to ShipHawk Products Catalog. To do this, users need to ensure the Can be fulfilled/received setting in NetSuite is enabled for each non-inventory item. A user can access the Can be fulfilled/received field in NetSuite under Lists > Items > Non-inventory Item Type > Edit > Preferences tab. By syncing to the ShipHawk Products Catalog, users can set minimum/default weights for their non-inventory items, which allows ShipHawk to return rates and generate shipments for the related orders without any issues.
Print Custom Carrier Names on Shipping Documents for External Shipments
Users are now able to print custom carrier and service names on shipping documents including BOLs, Commercial Invoices, and Pallet/Carton labels when making external shipments.
Send Bulk Item Fulfillment Status Updates
Users can now re-send NetSuite Item Fulfillment write-back updates in bulk when they encounter an issue that affects multiple item fulfillment records.
To do this, users need to select the shipments affected from the Shipment Details page in ShipHawk. After selecting multiple shipments, they can then click Actions> Update Shipment Sync Status>Resend Sync Request. Contact your ShipHawk if the ‘Item Fulfillment Write-Back Reporting’ feature has not been enabled in your ShipHawk account.
