The carrier messaging for FTL orders feature provides the ability to contact FTL carriers directly from the Order Details page to arrange FTL shipment for an order.
While shippers work within the Order Details page and related pop-up windows to communicate with carriers, the carrier contacts receive a notification email that directs them to a purpose-built ShipHawk portal for further communication with the shipper. The shipper and carrier each have their own ShipHawk-based workflow for communicating with each other about a shipment. Additionally, admin users also have a workflow for identifying the carriers that the shipper can contact.
