You can use the Pick Tickets screen to create and manage pick ticket templates. The Pick Tickets screen contains a list of all the pick tickets that have been generated for your organization. Some of the pick tickets on this screen are system generated. These are intended to save you some time when building  and customizing your own template (these templates have the word “Base” in the title).

This section will go over the UI of the Pick Tickets screen.

Pick Tickets Screen

The Pick Tickets screen displays a list of the pick tickets that have been created for your organization.

You can filter your list of pick ticket samples based on whether they were created by your organization or by the system.

You can render a sample of an already created template by clicking on the Render Sample button. You can copy a template by clicking  the green drop-down button on the Render Sample button in the row corresponding to the template you want to copy:


Create New Template

Click the Create New Template button to be redirected to the Create New Template pop-up screen and create a pick ticket template from scratch.

Template Name: Enter a Name for your template in this field.

Template Description:Enter a Description of your template in this field.

Type: Select the type of pick ticket you want to create using this drop-down field.

Upload Logo: To add your company’s logo to your packing slip template, click the Upload Logo link. A system window appears so you can select the image from your computer. The image you upload is substituted for the variable logo_path

Default: If the template is supposed to be used by default, select the Default Template button. Only templates set as the default will be used to generate pick tickets.

Save: When you are finished editing the template, click the Save button to finish.
