Saved Views: New Filter and Display Options Window

In preparation for adding and managing saved views, the Filter and Display Options settings on the Shipments and Products pages have been updated. Now, clicking on ‘Filters’ or ‘Display Options’ will direct you to a modal pop-up window, where you can apply the necessary changes to your page.

These changes are the first phase of a larger project that will be finalized in Q1’22 to allow users to save views. The feature will let Users save multiple views in order to access commonly searched/filtered content quickly.  The result will be faster batch processing,  quicker searches and easier management of exceptions like orders with invalid addresses.

Sync Item Fulfillments in NetSuite as Orders

ShipHawk can now sync Item Fulfillments in NetSuite as Orders in ShipHawk. When enabled, ShipHawk uses Item Fulfillments as the syncing entity, instead of Sales Orders. This simplifies the integration with NetSuite and ensures that Orders in ShipHawk only contain items that are ready to be fulfilled. Sync Item Fulfillments as Orders mode requires additional setup, contact your ShipHawk Implementation Representative for more information.

Improved Rating Rule Functionality

Users can now choose whether a rating rule applies to rates returned within ShipHawk, outside of ShipHawk (shopping carts), or both. The ‘Rate Source’ setting is available as an option when creating or editing a rating rule. Some of the most common use cases to apply rating rules within Shiphawk Web Portal are for the following rule actions:

  • Apply service days filter

  • Use this Carrier/Carrier service

  • Do not use this Carrier/Carrier service

  • No labels
