On the Shipping Controls Settings screen, you can manage proposed shipments restrictions.

Proposed Shipments Restrictions

Select the following:

• Enable proposed shipment booking restrictions

• Prevent ShipHawk users with ‘Shipping Clerk’ role from entering package weights manually

• Prevent ShipHawk users with ‘Shipping Clerk’ role from Add/Generate new proposed shipments

• Prevent ShipHawk users with ‘Shipping Clerk’ role from deleting proposed shipments

• Prevent ShipHawk users from Booking proposed shipments without dimensions and weight

• Clear carrier selection when package information is changed manually

• Force Users with ‘Shipping Clerk’ role to enter an ITN for international shipments valued over the limit

• Prevent users with’Shipping Clerk' role from booking a shipment that does not include all items designated for that shipment

• Show processing time UI block
