Description – enter a description of the commodity.
Freight Class – select the freight class of the commodity, from the drop-down:

NMFC – enter the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) number for the commodity. The NMFC number identifies an LTL freight shipment class, which helps to determine shipping cost.
