Dynamic Rating and Shipping Cut-off Times

ShipHawk TMS now enables you to set different rating and shipping cut-off times by carrier and warehouse location.

In this way, you can set the right expectations during checkout and manage pickup times based on the specific carrier and warehouse.

To schedule the rating and shipping cutoff times , go to Settings for a carrier:

  1. Log in to the ShipHawk TMS.

  2. Choose ⚙️ > Carriers.

  3. On the Carriers screen, for a given carrier, in the Action column of the table, click Edit.

  4. Optionally, from Assign to Warehouse, select a warehouse to assign the scheduling to that warehouse.

  5. Now, under Schedule, you can select and specify the Rating Cutoff Time and Shipping Cutoff Time. Example with Rating Cutoff Time selected:
