In ShipHawk TMS, the Integrations screen provides a list of all available solutions that you can integrate with your ShipHawk account. Once an integration has been connected to your ShipHawk account, you can also use this screen to configure additional settings related to that integration. The most common type of solution to integrate with ShipHawk is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system such as NetSuite. However, ShipHawk supports other types of systems to integrate with for an end-to-end order fulfillment solution.
This section will go over all the fields you can configure from the Integrations screen.
Integrations usually require two-way setup between the source system and ShipHawk, so there is no option to add an integration directly from the ShipHawk UI.

Integrations Screen
The Integrations screen in ShipHawk displays a dashboard of solutions that have been integrated with your ShipHawk account. Each integration is listed in a card, with the logo of the solution in the center. Similar to the Carriers screen, the status of an integration is indicated by either an Active or Error icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the card. The Type of solution that has been integrated is indicated on the top right-hand corner of the screen:

Filters
You can filter the default list of integrations that appear on the screen by selecting a filter from the sidebar:
Sort By
Popular: Sort the Integrations screen in order of the integrations most-used by ShipHawk accounts.
Integration Type: Group and sort the Integrations screen by type of integration.
Alphabetical: Sort the Integrations screen in alphabetical order.

The most common integration types to connect to your ShipHawk account are described below:
ERP: The most common type of solution to integrate with ShipHawk is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system such as NetSuite. ERPs are often described as “source systems” as they are the source of truth for all order, item, and shipment information that is communicated to ShipHawk.
eCommerce: eCommerce integrations connect to online store fronts that use ShipHawk for services such as in-cart rating. The most common eCommerce integration is Shopify.
Marketplace solutions: Marketplace solutions let third-party sellers use the marketplace platform and customer-base to conduct sales. The most common example of a marketplace solution is Amazon Marketplace.
Warehouse management systems (WMS): A warehouse management system manages the physical space of a warehouse, including inventory. After an order is placed, an organization’s ERP system communicates what is being shipped and where it is being shipped to as instructions to the WMS.

Manage your Integrations
When you click on an integration card, the Manage Your Accounts pop-up screen appears. Assuming your integration system has already been successfully connected to ShipHawk, this screen will contain additional settings related to the integration you selected. You can review these settings and configure them to best fit your organization’s fulfillment needs.
