Preselect Carrier During Quote Flow – Select to have the carrier selected automatically during the quote flow.

Preselected Carrier – (Displayed if ‘Preselect Carrier During Quote Flow’ is selected.) Choose the carrier from the drop-down.

Preselected Service Name – (Displayed if ‘Preselect Carrier During Quote Flow’ is selected.) Choose the carrier service from the drop-down.

Bill shipment to: – Select who will be billed for the shipment:

• Sender

• Recipient

• Third Party

Accessorials Presets

Collect on Delivery: – Select from the following:

• Money Order

• Company Check

• Personal Check

• Bank Certified Check

Freight Charges

• Add Freight Charges – Select whether to include freight charges.

Remittance Address Presets

Use Remittance Address – Select to use the remittance address (for receiving payments for bills or invoices).

Origin Address Presets

Enter origin address presets, including Shipper Code, Name, Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone, email, and Location Type (commercial or residential).

Destination Address Presets

Enter destination address presets, including Shipper Code, Name, Company Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone, email, and Location Type (commercial or residential).

Click Update to apply any changes.
