Before a pick task (Batch, Super Batch, Cluster, Consolidation, or Order) is started, ShipHawk WMS will always display a profile of “what is to come” and allow the operator to “skip” this pick batch if necessary. A simple parameter-based formula computes the “Estimated Time” in minutes based on the number of containers, bins, items, and units, using a standard with the default assumption of 5 seconds per container, 30 seconds per bin, 15 seconds per item, and 2 seconds per unit.
