The menu bar is located at the top of every page in ShipHawk TMS. The menu bar is consistent across pages and users. You can use it to navigate to different pages in ShipHawk TMS, and to return to the home page.  

This page will define the function of each tab or button in the Menu Bar.

From left to right:

ShipHawk Logo: The ‘Home’ button in ShipHawk TMS. The ShipHawk logo will takes a user back to their home page, regardless of the page they were currently on. If you are an Admin or Shipping Manager, the home button will take you back to the Dashboard.

Orders Tab: Where customer orders appear after a customer has checkout out in their cart. If you click the Orders tab you will be redirected to the main Orders page, where you can view customer orders that need to be processed into shipments. Other features in the Orders tab include 'Ready-to-Ship Mode' and the Batch History screen.

Shipments Tab: Where users can manage all shipments created in ShipHawk. If you click the Shipments tab, you will be redirected to the main Shipments page, where you can view all the shipment data processed in ShipHawk TMS. Other features in the Shipments tab include 'End-of-Day Manifests', and the Shipment Imports page.

Products Tab: Displays a list of products that have been imported from your integrations into the Product Catalog. You can also use this tab to manually 'Create a New Product' or perform manual Product Imports/Exports.

Reports Tab: Use this tab to view current reports and create new Order/Shipment reports in ShipHawk TMS. You can navigate to the Weekly Shipping Performance screen from this tab.

Alerts: The bell-shaped icon in the Menu Bar. Displays any alerts to combine orders going to the same customer.

Settings: The cogwheel icon located to the right of the Alerts tab. Use this tab to navigate to settings pages, where you can edit settings related to your ShipHawk account. The Settings tab includes: Settings, Users, Address Book, Warehouses, Carriers, Integrations, Rules, Packing Slips, Pick Tickets.

Help: The question icon located to the right of the Settings tab. Use this tab to navigate to external help resources, like including the ShipHawk Knowledge Base Guide and API Documentation.

User Tab: The person icon located to the right of the Help tab. Use this tab to navigate to your User Profile, view weekly Transaction Reports, and logout of your ShipHawk Web Portal.
