Scanning Dimensions with ShipHawk TMS

Once a ShipHawk Dimensioner has been registered with the TMS, you can scan items directly from the TMS user interface.

1. On the ShipHawk TMS user interface, from the menu bar, select Products > Scan Items.

   Next, you select a dimensioner from a drop-down list of the ones that have been registered, and then you can proceed to scan items with it.
   

2. From the drop-down, select a registered device:

3. Click Next.

4. The screen for scanning now displays:

5. Scan the SKU and then the dimensions of an item:

6. Refresh the page to see the result:

   (The status icons indicate the data has not yet been synced with ShipHawk and your ERP.)
   

7. Note that you can edit the data if you wish to round it up or adjust it further. The status icons now indicate the data change:

8. Click SYNC to sync the items with ShipHawk and your ERP.
