Use theOrder Settings page to set defaults for the Orders tab, including default carrier zones and the origin address of orders.

Carrier Zones

Carrier zones to use when assigning nearest Warehouse: Select the carrier zone to use by default in this field.

Carrier Zones determine the distances and locations of a shipping address, which help assign warehouses to an order. If enabled, new orders are automatically assigned to the closest warehouse according to carrier zone classification.

When assigning the nearest warehouse, you can default to either UPS’s or FedEx’s carrier zones by using the dropdown box. Select the Carrier Zone to use by default in the Carrier zones to use when assigning nearest Warehouse field.

Orders origin address

If all your orders originate from the same address, you can set a default origin address here. Enter address and contact information, and click Update.

Order and Line Items Reference Other #

Add New Key: To add a new Order or Line Item Reference, click this button. In the Add New Key pop-up screen, enter the same name that was defined for the reference in the source system in the Enter Key Name field. Then, specify whether it is an Order or Line Item Reference you want to add in the Key Type field.

Use Order and Line Item References to communicate key information about your orders in the Orders page. ShipHawk offers several predefined types for use.  In addition those types, a custom field of Other # can be selected. If this type is selected, a name must be defined in the ERP source system for the reference. If you have set up Order or Line Item References under the Other # type in your ERP system, add the mappings in this field.To add a new

Order or Line Item Reference, click Add New Key. In the Add New Key pop-up screen, enter the same name that was defined for the reference in the source system in the Enter Key Name field.
