Batch processing is a workflow where you can perform an action on many orders rather than editing or fulfilling an order one proposed shipment at a time. The Batch History page in ShipHawk allows you to access all batch jobs that have been performed from your ShipHawk account.
This section will go over how to navigate the Batch History screen and view/edit prior batches.

Batch History View
Use the Batch History screen to access previous batches, fix orders in batches, and reprint labels for a batch. You can also perform actions on a batch, such as deleting all shipments related to that batch.
Status Sidebar
Use the sidebar to filter batches by status. Batches with unfinished import jobs will appear under a Not Started or In Progress status.
Actions
Refresh: Click the Refresh icon to the right of the Batches heading to refresh the Batch History screen.
Cancel Shipments: Use this action to cancel all shipments that associated with the orders in the selected batches.
Delete Batches: Use this action to delete the batches selected in the grid.
